Send the correction, not your birth chart.

Send product questions, broken-link reports, accessibility issues, calculation discrepancies, and editorial corrections to hello@astrology.ac.

Include the exact page URL, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot when the issue is visual. For calculation reports, use a public historical fixture or another non-sensitive example whenever possible.

Send privacy questions or data-rights requests to privacy@astrology.ac. Anonymous chart inputs are not stored in a user database, so there may be no account or raw chart record to locate.

Never paste a private chart or match capability token into a public bug report. If a link was shared with the wrong person, treat it like any other private link and stop circulating it.

Send a concise reproduction, affected URL pattern, impact, and safe proof to hello@astrology.ac. Do not access another person’s private result, retain personal data, disrupt production, or publish an exploit before there is time to investigate.

• Full birth dates, exact birth times, or home addresses.
• Another person’s chart link without their permission.
• Medical, legal, financial, or crisis questions.
• Requests for guaranteed predictions or human readings.
