How often does cosmic weather change?
The Moon changes the fastest, while outer-planet contacts develop slowly. Returning daily can reveal a new short-term signal without changing the natal chart.
Do I need an exact birth time?
Planet-to-planet transits can still be useful without one. An exact time is required for transits to houses and angles such as the Ascendant.
Is Mercury retrograde bad?
No. Retrograde is apparent motion, not a curse. Its personal relevance depends on the contacts Mercury makes to the actual natal chart.
